Note: Items bought through In-Store Pickup must be returned to an Advance Auto Parts store.
Returning Items to Your Local Store
Bring the merchandise you would like to return with its original packing materials to any Advance Auto Parts store. Use our Store Locator to find a store near you. You'll also need your store receipt, Order Confirmation email, or Merchandise Return Form with the order number for the store to process your return.

If you do not have an Advance Auto Parts store nearby, you can also ship items you want to return to us.
Receiving Your Refund
Once your merchandise has been returned you will receive a refund back to the same payment method used for your original order within 7-10 business days.
