If for some reason you are unable to login to your account, you can reset your password through the Advance Auto website.
At the top of the page click the Account dropdown, then select "Sign in to your account."
This will take you to the sign-in page. From here, select "Forgot Password?".
The link will bring you to the password reset page. Enter your email address that is associated with your account and click continue.
Note: You can also choose to reset your password via text or phone by selecting the link below the continue button but you will still need to enter your account email.
You will receive an email with steps to take in order to reset your password.
